5,500,000 Yen = $64k Canadian. That's the MINIMUM bid. I don't see it going for the minimum. I'm sure someone's prepared to spend over $100,000 CDN on this monster. However I doubt in reality that it is worth that much.

Still trying to find out what year.....

Just noticed a Hollinger Six-Speed. That's absolutely USELESS for driving on the road.

And it has a roll bar... this is pretty much a race car... Definately not a road car... could be a track monster too... show all you friends where to go....

It is a race car. No carpet, no stereo, caged. Stroked RB30. (Bad choice if you ask me, you could make gobbs of power with RB26's all day and spend half the money). Oh and not to mention the height of the car, the fact that the fuel tank is right behind the driver seat.

Oh ya, and as for the price. I spoke to Rick from Okinawa about how they come up with this figure and where is all this money. Well let me start with the $3000 gauge cluster in the dash. No way do you need that. The suspension will rattle your jaw, bones and everything else in you.

Bottom line is this IS a bonafide race car and would be worthless to anyone here. And I'm sure Sean would agree with this when I say: "You have to have some major Cajones to attempt to register, insure and driver this thing on the street".......that and some major leg muscles. I'm sure that clutch is a traffic nightmare.

You can use the Holinger on the street. I am sure its not any worse than the Pfitzner dog box with straight cut gears in Marcs R32.

Mike F from D Sport is running a Holinger in his R33...

I wouldnt call it a daily driver. But something fun to take out and scare the neighbors.

The RB30 is interesting.... 87mm bore and 85 mm stroke.... the RB30 blocks are 86 x86....

Change the clutch over to a triple carbon , and it would be liveable. Nicks car has a carbon triple in it.

JUN car has Stack dash - Nicks car has Stack dash. Nicks car has full rollcage , JUN car has full rollcage.

Crunch, grind, pop. Ok now it's in gear.

Mike has a lot more experience than anyone (from Canada on this forum)with Skylines. If an H-6 works for him great, for the inexperienced folk, learn to drive your car first. From what Rick and Nick have said, "it's already quite a handful to begin with. Drive it for a year at least without changing it, and if you're still hell bent on that then do it slowly" to quote Nick.

No one has the experience on this forum to drive this car, much less the money to buy it or the means to maintain it or pay for all the noise and moving violations which will occur as a result of it. $64k minimum bid.....this thing isn't selling for anything less than $90k, around the same price the first owner of Deano's JUN R33 paid.
