    My R32 Modification/maintainance list

    Just posting this so I can link to it for troubleshooting/informative purposes. I will post here whenever I change anything on the car.

    Car has 167,854KM as of this post

    Engine -

    New engine installed at 165,000KM exactly
    Engine longblock:
    1992 Block, bored 0.5MM over
    Wiseco pistons
    Eagle Rods
    Redone crank - 0.25mm under
    Balanced and blueprinted rotating assembly
    Cryoed everything that moves.
    N1 Oil pump, Tomei 1.5mm restrictor, Tomei oil pan baffle
    some slight "oil mods" in the head, done with a file
    Stock water pump
    Nismo Twin Plate clutch/flywheel (red top)
    Ported head - 5 angle valve job, stock valves, stock combustion chamber
    HKS iridium plugs

    Exhaust mods:
    Ported manifolds (especially the outlet and inlet into the turbo)
    Ported turbos (inlet and wastegate area mostly)
    Ported stock dumps, just some minor cleanup
    3" SS/Ti exhaust with 3" dump for a cat replacement pipe

    Intake mods:
    HKS "super power flow" filters, brand new as of mar 2007/164,000KM (have reciept from japan)

    Fuel:
    Pivot ACS-R Air fuel controller
    Snow performance Methanol/water injection system, 550cc nozzle, Variable spray. Trunk mounted tank and pump.
    Cleaned injectors at 165,000KM
    New fuel fiter at 165,000KM
    unknown fuel pump - probably stock.

    Suspension
    Front and rear strut bars, Rear "under-body" brace (all unknown make)
    Blistein struts, unknown lowering springs.

    Wheels:
    Stock, BF-Goodrich G-Force R1's 245-45-16 (R compounds)
    Momo SPORT with 255-40-17 sumitomo HTR-Z


    Interior:
    Some cheapass clarion deck, kenwood speakers
    cheap GPS, too!

    April 14 - Changed oil RP synthetic 170, 256km
    4L 10W30 1L 20W50
    WIX filter
    Noticeable improvement in oil pressure, especially when hot.

    car has 172,000KM as of this post (yes I drove 2000km in the last 2 days LOL)

    I'm not ashamed lol. I'll still own this car when it has 400,000 on it.

    installed MBC set at ~1.1 bar.
    Got the meth working with a smaller nozzle (200cc/min I think)
    Probably installing a wideband and intake temp gauge tomorrow.

    Changed oil - Mobil 1 10w30 Synthetic, Quaker State filter
    Changed Spark plugs - BKR7ES
    Coated coils in sealer

    Misfire is gone, car is happy and running perfect!
