    PLaP Beast #2

Well I'm getting my Skyline back on the road soon. I figured you guys might be interested in seeing how it goes, I'm not looking to make insane amounts of power out of her, but hitting 350WHP or 400WHP would be nice. The parts I'm replacing are:

NISMO Strengthened Release Clutch Fork Pivot CAD48.87 1
Nissan OEM RB26 Mass Air Flow AFM CAD758.76 2
Nissan Release Bearing and Sleeve Set CAD121.19 1
NISMO Super Coppermix Twin Plate Clutch Skyline R32 R33 CAD1903.72 1
Nissan OEM Clutch Release Fork CAD36.87 1
    Nissan OEM Slave Cylinder GT-R CAD70.41 1
Nissan OEM Spring Release Holder CAD21.24 1
Nissan OEM Spring Release Fork CAD20.72 1
    Nissan RB26 OEM Pilot Bearing CAD28.87 1

I am also planning to get some new signal lights. As well I have to figure out my headlight wiring so I can return it to stock after Dias Auto butched the hell outta the wiring to 'Safety' it here in Manitoba.
I'll post back with pictures later.

why are you buying 2 brand new AFM's? That has to be the worst way you could spend money on the car. For that kind of money ($1500) you can get an AEM, and throw the maf's, stock ECU and everything in the garbage (or on ebay).

It's CAD 758.76 for both MAF's. And for the kind of power and boost I'm looking to make at the moment, stock MAF's are fine. Since I'm not made of money at the moment, I'm just interested in getting the car back on the road.

Yeah, tons of guys selling used MAF's in good shape. 760 for two new ones is getting rocked.

That was my line of thinking. Used ones in good shape are gonna die quicker than buying brand new ones, so I figure I'll just go new and be done with it.
