I think I'd stay away from the BeeR on a stock shortblock.

    looks nice =]...

Just my .02 on building the sleepr style. You drive a skyline, everyone expects it to have 1000hp even though it does not, so you're not fooling anyone. Also 400whp is very obtainable with some tuning and upping the boost. I'd recommend getting the tune off the boat to make sure afrs are all good etc. Don't want to melt anything right? Also let it get used to our gas so reset the ecu after you fill up and take her easy.

Yeah, I'm not too sure about that purchase either. I figured at the time if I was running the car hard i would have the limiter down so i can best avoid the oil problem, but I'm starting to second guess my route.

So I'm sorry if this has been brought up numerous times, but here is where my build stands. I want to stay conservative on the build, nothing too over the top because then reliability is surely sacrificed. Anyways, I'm going to start off with a a/m downpipe, test pipe, 3.5 inch catback, apexi intakes, lightened cam gears and running 12psi. Does anyone know approximately what that should bring my ponies up to? I'm hoping for around 400hp, but i want to see where this can take me for now and what i need to reach my goal.

    I think 400 is a little optimistic.

I have a nismo gtr with pretty much everything you plan on buying except the cam gears and I pulled 354 hp at 1 bar. I did have a cat at that time though.

Yeah, I'm not expecting to hit 400hp with just that. Just wanna know where I would be at. Thanks for the heads up though.

id say that should put you at about 325 awhp give or take a few and depending on how good the guy tuning it is. 12 psi is i think something like 0.85 bar (dont quote me on that please lol) which is going at it a bit safe. with my tune im putting it at 1.0 bar or 14.7 psi but i have an AEM EMS and quite a lot of supporting mods. ill be happy to see 360 awhp. the numbers of course i give you are off a mustang dyno so as you probably know it tends to be unforgiving on the numbers. but number mean sh*t in the end. what counts is who wins at the end of the road good luck man and very nice buy!
