    simply by putting your car's vin# into fast will help you figure which crankshaft you have. I'd be interested in finding out how engine serial # works.

    Thats what i want to know how to get the engine serial to work because im looking at engines to put in Z . If i ever find something ill let you know .

    anytime mate.. you can also go to mcfly's website gtrpwr.com and download fast. Its a useful tool to have.

    You machine the old one off and shrink the new one on
    I use .05mm heat the collar, press it on let it cool, then pin it with 2 grubscrews screwed into a tapped blind hole, loctite
    New had one fail yet, made about 35 of them ...

    So, if my car is stock and i buy the Jun Collar, i can swap that out and say my engine is safe ?

    No, that just means your oil pump won't disengage from the crank snout. It could still shatter the gears as it's still an OEM pump.

    Hi I'm new to the GTR

    I'm soon to be taking delivery of a march 93 Vspec. Are there any cons to this year engine?
    Aside from the oem oil pump itself, in oem spec is it as good as its going to get with regards to keeping the engine safe?
