Thumbs up Put new intake on and Error code 12 = Air Flow meter! HELP :(

Hey guys and gals, just finished putting on my new polished aluminum intake to get rid of all the 90's and plastic on the stock setup. Since its been on the car has been randomly cutting power when cruising. My foot wont move on the gas the car will cut power, then resume, then cut, then resume, then rather cut power until i pull over and let it stall or it'll stop and go back to normal. Im hitting full boost and it idles fine. Whenever i put the clutch in or go to neutral the revs drop to 0 instead of stopping at around 1000. The battery light pops up and the car shutters and struggles its way back to to the 1000rpm idle. Anyone ever had these symptoms? Very nervous :P I just did a ecu check and it threw me a code 12 = Air flow meter. I had my MAFS (Which look brand new) sprayed with MAF cleaner and it didnt do anything. Please help! Thanks so much!

Heres some pics of the setup, let me know if you want to see specific picture. THANKS!

I can't tell from the pics, is the recirc system intact or venting to atmosphere? If your venting to atmosphere you'll need to re-tune.

I have atmospheric vented bovs no tune needed. You have have a boost/vacuum leak my friend. Check the piping you just installed. Almost 100% that theres a bolt loose or a clamp not on properly. Had exact same symptoms and some how a bolt on my TT pipe came loose and destroyed the gasket in-between that and the turbo. Worked like a dream after I put in new gasket and tightened down. Look here first.

Its a little tricky to see in the picure, but after each MAF is one black pipe that goes straight to the turbo. That one pipe is the only location for any vacuum leak to occur, correct? Dont flame me if this is not a good idea, but because its just under vacuum of the intake (Relatively low) could I just put some high heat silicone all around the edge of there the intake pipe that bolts to the turbo? I used a gasket sealer when I originally bolted the pipes onto the turbos but maybe a missed a spot or something. What do you think?
