Problem with GT-R33-suddenly running rough

I am having a problem with my car, it happened once before when I went to pick it up at the shop once. It's suddenly start running rough, kinda bogging like it's not getting enough air. When it happened at the shop, the owner brought my car back in and found a fuse had gone and he switched it and it was like it never happened. Well, it's done it again and I have checked all the fuses and the seem fine.

the reading on my FC Commander for the Duty Inj goes up as you push the gas

Kind of a chugging sound

Any ideas ?

Problem solved, I pulled all the fuses again and put them back in and presto running great again
