R33 HVAC blower not operational

Hi,
The HVAC blower in my R33 GTR doesnt turn on. Heres what I know:
- The blower runs when 12v power is directly put to it
- The blower does not turn on at all when attempted to run with the climate control unit
- Climate control diagnostics didn't reveal any codes besides a code for sunload sensor.
- All actuators appear to work

I suspect the 'fan control amplifier' is to blame, but I don't have a clue where it is. The harness to the blower goes up towards the fender of the car behind the whole blower box assembly.

Where is this 'fan control amplifier' and 'automatic amplifier' that the service manual refers to? Just guidance on how to get access to these things and what they look like would be a great help.

The copper bridge connection had broken as expected. Three desolders and four solders later, HVAC works like its supposed to
