i just swapped an rb26 into my gts, motor came in peices so i put humpty back together again, but it seems like really laggy like not getting full throttle and the only thing i can think of is the throttle adjustment is wrong. i adjusted the throttle linkage up top, but it didnt seem to solve much, so im thinking about adjusting the itb's themselves and im wondering how i should go about doing it to make sure i get wot. driving around on the street its got the normal lag, but it still feels like somethings holding back, and when revving the engine in nuetral it doesnt seem to rev as fast as my rb20. im running a big single, i doubt this is the reason. i have never had it tuned or anything to this point want to make sure its running 100% which its not before it goes on the dyno. i know what turbo lag is, but it shouldnt take that long to spool, and when i hit full boost it feels like the cars only at half throttle, like no kick just kinda flat.
any suggestions help, but im really curious if anyone has touched the itb's so i know what to set them at? i looked through the manual and couldnt find anything apart from the main adjustment?
