    R32 GTR Clutch question

    ENGINE:
    R34 N1 Engine block
    2x Tomei B7660 Turbo chargers
    Tomei Cam shaft
    Tomei Head gasket
    Tomei 600cc Injectors
    Tomei Raytec ECU
    HKS EVC boost controller
Cannonball exhaust manifold, turbo pipe, down-pipe, cat back, inter cooler

So I'm looking at getting this skyline gt-r and I'm planning to dd it at on sunny days.
Anyways the guy claims its got 500hp and so he installed a triple plate hks clutch.
He didn't let me drive but he took me for a ride with him and holy sh*t... it doesn't look like its very streetable, especially if you are stuck in traffic.
    Sooo my questions are
1)Can you really get 500hp with that set up
    2) Is there a more streetable clutch for that power?

    1) Yes you can
    2) Twin plate... (Nismo copper, orc, OSGiken etc)

Triple plate is overkill for a street machine. It will eat up 3rd gear faster then Jody Foster eats ... lol

Alright. He says its got its boost controller set to 16psi.
I'd like to turn down the boost to stock levels to dd it, will it still be a hog on gas?
You need to create a different map for lower boost right? How much for tuning and what shop should I use in Vancouver?

I got a exedy triple plate and I would agree on the not so streetable aspect. I do it and it can be done just a bitch in certain situations..... Like being stopped on hills lol
