Throttle adjustment screw position, Need a Pic to compare to!!!!

I have been haveing all sorts of rough running and idle issues and one thing I want to check is this screw. It is adjusted all the way down on my motor and the manual says never to adjust it, I just want to make sure it is actually in the right position before I adjust the linkage. Basically I can unplug my AAC and the idle doesn't even change at all, I have removed, cleaned and checked the AAC by applying power and ground the solinoid works fine.
I beleive the throttle plates may be open alittle to much on idle because even with closing the AAC all the way it sits at 1080rpm.

Here is where my screw is,

    Any help is appreciated

    1000 rpm idle is fine,
it might be a tuning issue,
    don't touch the throttle linkage

I still want to make sure the screw is in the right position and noone messed with it in the past. I have a strong feeling that my throttle plates are actually open to much and that is the whole issue I'm having.

So if someone could snap a pic and post it up I would appreciate it. Just need a reference so I can follow the service manual and measure the linkage up.

That screw should be back out all the way, then turned in just enough to fit a 1.0mm feeler gauge between the screw end and the trottle lever. From that pic it is holding the plates open.

That's what I thought, Thank You

My guess is that someone thought this was how to adjust the idle and didn't know about the AAC.
