GTR Problems

Hey Guys
Any Help with this would be awesome!

So i haven't driven the car at all since July 2010 except a few times around the block kinda thing. I finally got her plated again a few days ago and something is wrong! I started it up to let it warm up and see how it was running and such. Everything seemed fine at first except for a air leak kinda sound from the black canister at the
front of the engine. then after around 10 mins of running the the idle randomly jumps from the regular 900 rpm to almost 1200 and a hurting sound starts coming from around the valve covers from what i can tell, it dosnt sound healthy at all! the idle dosnt even seem the same really. Iv drivin the car a few times since then and everytime when
I start the car it idles at 900 rmp until i drive it at all then if i push the clutch or stop at a light its back around 1200 and sounding unhealthy, if i sit there the idle will slowly go down but i haven't seen it go all the way back to 900 yet unless i shut the car off and start it back up after awhile... iv been driving pretty nice most of the time,
but i mean im only a man. I cant help myself from pushin it hard alittle, but i notice it dosnt seem like it has the same power either . I should say i drove my car stock boost all the time before but over the summer put in an EVC5 which seems to be working perfect and iv unplugged it and runs the same... I also took the stock rad fan off and put ondual electric fans.

Woooow i actually pushed a boost line all the way back on after i noticed it was almost slipped off the other day! just thought maybed i didnt push it all the way on when i changed the boost controller haha ill check if its back off tomorrow. Thanks
