How to install aftermarket seats in a R32 Skyline? ie. bride/recaro/etc

I am planning on selling my oem seats to get a set of brides or recaros..question is;

how do i install new seats? id need new sliders and bracket, where do i find ones to use?

is there other cars out there that have simlar brackets? ie, 240sx/300zx?

any info with installing new seats into a skyline r32 would be very helpful.

theres several companies that make seat rails for specific cars

changing the seats should be pretty straight forward:

1. locate bolts securing oem rails to floorboard and remove.
2. pull seat and rail out of car (gently) and unplug any harnesses.
3. bolt aftermarket seat onto aftermarket rail.
4. transfer seatbelt buckle onto new rail.
5. put seat into position and refasten bolts.
6. sit in the seat and take a nap.

Rails are specific to vehicle type, and fit only certain kinds of seats. this is where you'll have to do some research. it seems that most seats are able to use bride rails.

Where can I find sliders/rails for bride seats and for a r32?

I thought I read somewhere s13/14/14 sliders will work, 3 out of 4 holes line up, I'm sure I can cut n weld a pc to make it work...but I'm not 100%

Honestly make life easy for yourself. Theres sites out there that say R32 gtr or GTS specific and buy those.

Pic what seat you want first.

Bride,sparco,OMP which ever Sidemount or front

There email/call the companies and let them know what car they have, they should be able to give you a part number.
