Another ecu reflash question

I just recently picked up a rb26 that im swaping into my s14. Now I plan on upgrading the turbos and injectors before it goes in the car but instead of dishing out 1800 for haltech +500 to get it dyno tuned. Does anyone know if there is a company in the states or in canada that does rom tunes? I searched on here and found RStuning but he seems to fallen out of communication.

The ecu that came with the engine is a blitz access ecu which is fine to get the engine running but we don't have 100 octain at the pump here so theres not much I can do with that ecu other then hope to get it reflashed or sell it and just dish out for the stand alone
