Something bad happened!!

If I just replace the diff what all would I need. Fluid, seals etc...

if there is grinding then its internal damage....in ur diff housing u have the ring gear, pinion gear, spider gears, side bearings and caps and bearing for pinion....hard to say what got damaged w/o doing an open heart surgery....if ur familiar with mechanics then u will know what got damaged and u need to replace parts as necessary...also u have to set the backlash, coast/drive and bearing load, if i were u id buy a used diff complete and change the fluid saves time and money....

And also i tried the 4wd fuse and still does a grind almost as soon as i start to move like within 5ft!

Sorry, I missed the part about it making a grinding sound when I posted my above post with the Diff picture...
