Hi, Doug:
I am running a pair of Nismo LeMans turbos. There is no shuffle noticed.
I put a set of Garrett -9's on my r33 and are very happy with them. Before I had it tuned I noticed a slight shuffle as you described but after tuning it's all but gone. I managed to get 420hp on the dyno at 17psi which leaves lots of headroom for more power if I decide. I'm not sure why nobody considers the -9's as they spool faster than the -7's and can make equal to or more power.
i almost went -9's but nobody could give me feed back about them so i went with -5's and i also have minimal shuffling... just turn up your music, what shuffle?![]()
I run -7's, only shuffle i ever noticed is cruising up big hills at around 0psi. Hardly noticeable without actually listening for it.
Dang! You got shocks, pegs... Lucky! You ever take it off any sweet jumps?
Im running a set of R34 N1's. Direct bolt on, very responsive and a lot of fun to drive. Over 560whp with meth. Just over 500whp on pump gas at 2200ft above sea level. Absolutley zero turbo shuffle. Also thinking about going to a big single
"LAG is the time the guy beside you thought he won"
Anybody know anything about gr2560r-5 turbos..response power shuffle??
I'm thinking about going r34 n1 (or 2860r-7) or 2860r-9. Will consider a trade for the 2860r-5s if anyone is interested, but only if they're in EXCELLENT condition.. Let me know if you're thinking about moving up.
what about the new tomei arms? they are supposed to be shuffle free! Never hear anything bad about a tomei product, but i have never seen a build on here where someone used them.
