Won't start help!!!

Hey guys,

So i just got my car two days ago. I have put gas in it, and try to start it but it wont start.

I get it to turnover but then a loud squel happens. I felt the belt by the rad fan and it seems tight, would this be a issue? TO me even if it is tight it should start... Anyone have any suggestions??

No I haven't had it running since its landed. Adam @ feast had it running no problem though

Can u hear the fuel pump when u turn the key on? It could be a huge list of things, lol, I don't think the belt would cause it to not start, would have to be pretty tight , or possibly could have been too tight and caused the bearing to seize like gtraddict said, try taking the belt off and starting it, or just loosen it.Is it power steering or ac?

Yep can definetly hear the fuel pump. And are you asking what belt it is? Cause I have no idea lol I'm a noob. It's the top one closet to the rad fan

Ya kinda sounds like the pully could be seized, both belts go around the fan but one goes to power stteering pump and one to the ac pump, changing the power steering wouldn't be too bad but I'm not sure about the ac, would probably suck, and have to get it refilled,

Looks real nice man,I'd start by pulling off those belts and try, will still start without them, just no power steering or ac, at least you will know if that's your problem, so did u just import this? Not running?
