Need Help Rb26 Power steering pulley removal

Hey guys, been lurking on here for a while, and now I need your help. I working on installing a greddy underdriven power steering pulley, and can't seem to remove the stock pulley. I have a pulley puller and it only seems to be bending it onto the spline. I'm assuming the pulley is simply splined on, is there a special way to remove the power steering pulley?

Oh and i should mention that its an rb26dett r32 in a 240sx (s13).
