    Evo IV in Toronto? WTF?

yesterday around 1245 EST I spotted a white Lancer Evolution III or IV going southbound on Brimley road? Anyone know the owner? I think it had Ontario plates, which is why I'm going .

I see that guy in hamilton all the time. He drives a lancer with a front end conversion. I asked him at a meet.

I'm 99 percent sure this wasn't a conversion or anything, it had the muscled fenders and the proper taillights and everything...

I know a Mitsubishi executive back east has an EVO, but I can't remember if it is yellow or white.

there is a HUGE difference between a 4 and 3.

If you saw a 3, it was an evo 1 with all the 3 stuff on it.

It was a IV or V.
didn't have the rounded headlights of the 3.

There are a number of illegal Evo's in Canada. Most of them came in through Montreal. I think that evo's coming into Canada especially through Montreal where all those idiots seem to think it's ok should be crushed and the illegal importers jailed to make an example of them.

It's likely the car was bought from Quebec and brought to Ontario in kind of a grey market style.
