I've been brushing my teeth with jack but it's resulted in terrible amounts of tooth decay.
Venom would have the spider senses to avoid the collapsing buildings...not to mention he would have much more super strength then someone who can just move metal with their mind... Venom could blind Magneto with a well placed splooge of webbing, and then get close enough to magneto to rip him apart! YEAAH VENOM!

uhh magneto can't sense venom nor stop him from moving. Venom can ninja the shitt out of magneto then rip him into pieces.
Imagine what would happen if Magneto couldn't control Wolverine.

I am a huuuge comic nerd, so in comic terms....
Magneto is the single most powerful mutant in the marvel universe. His power actually spans far beyond controlling "metal". He actually controls the atomic magnetic properties of anything and in several issues has affected the gravitational pull of planets.
I like Venom way more but in terms of engagement magneto really cant be killed if he is alert.
