Boost controller issue

So i installed a HKS EVC 6 in my car and at first it worked perfectly... i dont have a license so i dont get to drive it to much at the moment haha but i took it out today for a quick rip cuz i couldnt resist on such a nice day. problem is now it just says its boosting to like 13.5 psi when it set to stock boost? my boost gauge still says regular boost and it is definitely only hitting that. what am i missing here? i checked all the boost lines and they look tight...
