Getting a Canucks jersey has been long overdue. I was considering which jersey to go with, and a Bourdon jersey came to mind.
Do you guys think its respectful/appropriate to get a Bourdon jersey?

burrows! bourdon could be a nice tribute but some ppl might not like it since i havent seen a single person wearing one

Go for it, I don't see how it would offend people. I see it as a positive symbol of respect if you're wearing his jersey.
Go for it, otherwise a burrows jersey would be sick aswell. I have actually seen people with bourdon jerseys around downtown.

To be honest any jersey you wear contributes to the team spirit.. (unless of course its a boston jersey) lol
All joking aside, either one will be fine.. Do you think they will release a "stanley cup champions" jersey if the canucks make it?

No problem at all. I knew the guy... Lived less than an hour from where I'm from... When I was at university (MOncton) Bourdon played with the MOncton Wildcats and his gf would drive up from Shippagan (bourdon's home town) to see him and my gf would get a drive with her. So sad...
