Aircraft are like cars in a way, you can never fix all the stupid crap, and you still have to deal with dum drivers(pilots)

My bud just takes his seat off and ties a rope from his rear bumper to a javex bottle. The only thing he up graded was his track to a 1.5" paddle.

I have a 01' mxz 800. I chose it cause It seems to be the best power to weight ratio that is cheap to get parts for and don't have a bazillion electronics to worry about when you sink.

I'm still searching for another track, 1.25" - 1.5" ripsaw seems to be what most ppl use.

I've narrowed the front control arms 5" per side, now the skis are kinda tucked-up into the sled. I also got rid of the shocks and put a solid bar in it's place.

Besides all of that I just took off everything that's not needed, even the wiring that doesnt do with the engine, down to the bare bones!

Cam still uses his sled in winter, so every things still there. I think he's running a well beaten mx600 with minor clutch work and pipes. The best mod is a dam good rope, and don't keep your float on your lap.Another buddy had his float hit his kill switch and sank in 30 feet of water, then the rope broke when they tried to recover it. His XCR800 is still at the bottom of the lake, for 8 years...spoiled retard, lol.

I have a cO2 fire extinguisher rigged to a 10x20 inner tube, if my calculations are right it should fully inflate the tube and float a good 623lbs, the sled should weigh about 380-420 lbs when it's done. gonna connect the innertube to the aft section of the tunnel.

For a just in case I'm gonna have a javex bottle and rope.....

My father inlaw and his son are both in on it too!, so it's def gonna be a blast laughing at eachother when the other guy sinks lol
