gotta say i disagree. you pull out a weapon he pulls out a bigger weapon it just gets out of hand too quick.i dont know how much a gun would of even helped him here. especially since he was alaready a few beers deep

I would have done the same except maybe for the running part... I think trying to kick the gun is better than running. he was too close, it was obvious he would of get shot.
