    Investment Opportunities

Not sure if we have many investors on here but I'd like to know... Always fun to see who's into what sectors and such on forums. Basically the idea behind this thread is post the ticker to your current fav stock and share it with your fellow GTRC'ers. Don't pump your stock, not trying to trick people out of their money... Just post it for other GTRC investors to check it out, who knows, maybe you share a real winner

KNE on the venture is my go-to right now.

    Hi,

I actually have a BBA concentration Finance, and love following the stock market.
I decided not to invest in the last 2 years since I was expecting much of the gain
I would have make would have been eaten by the US currency devaluation. I
know I could have just invested in Canada, but since we depend so much on the
US spending which obviously is down, I wasn't expecting much, in other word,
I was expecting to make more money working then spending all my time searching
for the right stocks. On the other hand it did really made me want to invest over
seas, but not having much knowleage and time to actually study it decided to just
try to pay what debt I had.

I really did want to invest in the banking industry when it was down, but it was very
hard for a student to get credit, even tho I was in my last year and managed to finish
with less then 1k debt. I even thought about applying for a student loan, but since
my tuition, books, and portion of my living expenses were being payed by a third party,
I was 99.9% I would have been refused. lol

During the last 4 years I was following a couple of sectors, mostly potash company
and following the metal and oil news and fluctuation. Also keep track of the banking
sector, but mostly just for who is expending, how and where.
