well it is a ford....everything needs to be redone.

Development cost's, engine rebuilds, dry sump setup (more than one engine), custom arms, custom subframes, custom suspension, custom driveshaft's, custom engine, dry carbon fibre undertrays, doors, truck lids, hood, etc (expensive), magnesium wheels (10K plus per set + cost of tyres and have more than one set), rollcage + install cost, Lexan windows, etc. The shell is probably the only part that's factory and they usually have a few of those as spares, spare panels if damage isn't bad. Also add the cost of spares.

R32 GTR Group-A racecar was said to be around 500k.
