why did it have 2 mufflers.... and flames were only coming out of one of them?

the other muffler does look like its functional though, theres carbon/heat marks on the bumper from the exhaust... weeird.

the second exhaust is for the wastegate exhaust. A lot of tracks don't allow screamer pipes and a separate exhaust is the best design for the wastegate to eliminate a lot of back pressure.

The added weight would eliminate any gain segregating the flow off. Turbos create huge back pressure all on their lonesome.
