d-bag, who cares who has the biggest speeding ticket. its like people who have the most piercings or face tattoos, record or not still a FAIL!

on another note a friend of mine, his co-worker got a 150+ ticket in the mail. spotted by aircraft. at least they avoided roadside sesiure....
