Wheel Fitment on GTS-t

Hey guys
I have stock GTS-t rims that are 225/50 R16

I have Motegi MR7's from my civic and they don't look half bad on my car,
they are 17x7 +40 5 1/2 5x100 & 5x4.5 24.5 lbs
Will they fit my car and what tires should i put on to fit?

Wheels that fit a civic should stay on the civic

17x7 on a skyline is wiiiizeeeeak
