    rb25/rb20 halfbreed problems

so, i have what i believe is an rb25de head using rb20 electronics in my r32 with an rb25. it currently has an rb20 ecu flashed to run the car, problem is that there is too much timing in the tune for 92 octane. Anyone have a suggestion which would be my best route for a standalone? i was thinking either using an rb25 harness with a rb25 pfc. or getting a new rb20 harness then getting nistune installed on a stock ecu? thoughts? thanks!

nistune would be cheapest and fastest and easiest.

What was your rom flashed for tho?
I would assume you could run the oem 20 ecu on that set up no problems. Just a larger displacement after all and your running all the 20 gear anyways.

Thats what I do to my rb30's to get them going with 25 na head and 20 harness and ecu. Then rom them afterwords to get them running with bigger turbos injectors ect.
