Question tire size

Hey I'm looking into getting a set of new tires for my new rims, dose anyone know what would be a good size for my 18x8 18x9 Volk rims?

225/40/18 front and 245/35/18 rear

Would personally put a wider tire on, 245 front and 265 back

it depends what kind of fitment you are going for on your car.

an 8 inch wheel is roughly 205. So a 205/40 would fit like totally flush on the wheel. a 9 inch wheel is roughly 225. So a 225/40 would fit the same. flush.

Im not saying to run these tire sizes. Cause someone who wants to run stretch on those wheels would run smaller tire. Those who want the most contact patch, would run a buldge and run like 245.


Take it or leave it. On my car. I run 18x9.5 and 18x9 and i run a 225/40 in the rear and a 215/40 in the front. I run a stretch though so my car can still be low
