Im not sure if its a Nissan Part #.
Most Napa stores should be able to help you out, if you can remove it and bring it to them, they can make you a new hose(hydraulic).

If it's a rubber hose, just about any hydraulic or high pressure rubber hose will suffice. Most are pretty general now, meaning they're either fuel or coolant hoses and or both. Just buy a section of hose and diy!
