Airbags where always an option on gtst I had a 91 gts4 with a drivers airbag. Wasn't untill r33 series 2 that both passenger and drivers airbags were standard

My 92 gts-t has the same thing on the sun visors but i have a racing wheel so I don't know if it actually had one.

I'm gonna be swapping out my OEM wheel for a Momo and was just wondering if I had to disable the system before I do. Most modern cars I work on I have to disable the system before I do any work on the steering wheel/column, and just don't want this thing blowing up in my face.

To be honest most of the skylines I owned had that on its sun visor.
I have searched everywhere but unable to find a single airbag..
