R33 vs. R32 subframe and diff what's the diff?

Hey I used to have an R32 gtst sold it a while back and currently picked up an R33 gtst and I would like to get rid of my hicas ( I personally hate it)

On r32s you could swap an s13 subframe and differential in. Can you also use s13 or s14 subframes in an r33 to remove hicas and allow toe arms? Or other question is there any non hicas subframes that came on skylines?
