shop's in vancouver?

any body know of any shops in vancouver that do good work and any shops to stay away from? more towards langley/abbotsford region but not a big deal?

Force-Fed, from what i hear is pretty good. It's in abbotsford, just off the mt Lehman exit. They build tons of monsters there. They have found me a few used parts also. When i went in there they were super cool, showed me around and told me what they were all about. A couple friends have taken their cars there and have had good results. They specialize in RX7's, but have no problem working on skylines. When I need work done, that's exactly where im going.
