Unless you have a ton of money to spare, you will regret trading your reliable, fuel efficient Civic for your Skyline. None the less, thats a clean GTS-t, and welcome to the Skyline world.

Thats from the Skyline Shop right?

looks fairly clean on the outside. id question trading in a new civic for an 18 year old skyline though

even though your coil packs are toast, i would recommend chopping up the plug cover up to let them breathe better to prevent it from getting worse. and be prepared to sink some money in to get it to be in tip top shape.

It now has the RB25DET being installed...
Should i still remove the cover to the coilpacks anyhow?

and i got sick of the civics power, initially i had got it, modded it, in hopes id get a s/c kit to be released but all 3 vendors bailed on me so i said FI.

ive always wanted a Skyline for so many years now, just found out recently we could get em cuz i found TSS were selling them.

and yea...ill miss the fuel eco box, but ill have a winter beater cuz this aint seeing snow!

    ill be buying:
    - Weighted shift knob /Silver
    - Custom shift & E-brake boots w/red stitching
    - Custom painting the piece that is in the center console/dash silver clear
    - Custom painting the vents silver clear but not the fins themselves.
    - Custom foot pedals
    - Steering wheel Black w/red stitch

Removing the GTR finned upper grille and installing an aftermarket open mouth grille eventually.

After this....only thing that'll hold me back for awhile now cuz im tapped for cash is the FMIC.

    one day!

    >< dude don't bother getting a GTR badge. It isn't a GTR. Be proud of your GTS-t my friend.

It would feel so much better knowing it's a GTS that is as fast/faster than a GTR.

nice car, but i definatly think u made a bad choice trading, you probably could have sold the civic for atleast 20g and if you were to import this gtst yourself or have a broker bring it in for you it wouldnt be any more than 10k, even 8

    too late now though

few words of advice, dont get a gtr badge, its a gts, not a gtr.

and change your sig. fnf quotes are frowned upon.

all 3 motors will have the same problem with overheating of the coils. i would remove it ASAP unless you have wads of cash to replace those coils on an annual basis

just curious, how do you open the doors now that the handles are shaved?

    ok...ill remove the sig soon!
ill also remove the cover ASAP, and ill scrap the GTR badge idea!

sorry for the primitive MSPAint drawing here, but this is my idea so far?
the black for the hood represents the Seibon CF vented hood, ill remove the GTS-T front upper grille and open it up, paint the lower valance black awsell.

    suggestions welcome?
btw...ill be getting black rims too!
