so iv fooled around with my stock recirculating valve and i thought with the hose off that it would have a louder pshhhhhh effect... so i took it off and the sound was just how i wanted it but it would stall at idle....if i was to install a blitz style bov (non recirculating) would it work??????? this isnt a really important project but i just thought why not have a sick sounding bov right???? can anyone help me out

No matter what atmospheric bov you have the engine will run rich immediately off throttle. If I were you I would keep the stock recirculated until u get an aftermarket bov because the stock ones are known to leak and you can loose air once you start to boost.

you stock valve now works like a atmo BOV, since it releases to atmo, you don't recirculate the air anymore, sure the engine will stall,
even if you install an aftermarket BOV, i'd suggest getting a tune to avoid stalling problems
