I've got a list: not sure where to post.

I"m not exactly sure where to post this, so If a mod wants to move it to where it is suppose to be, by all means do so, just let me know where its moved to.

Ok, so I have a list made up of things I am hoping to upgrade on my GTS-T, RB20DET Skyline. Right now just looking for price quotes and if any of the sponsors can aquire it for me.

Things I am hoping to get within the next two weeks:
-Brake pads, and rotors, starting to squeal and squeak. Looking for upgraded pads, and possibly rotors,(was going to invest in a set of Powerslot sloted rotors front and rear for 300ZX, with matching pads, but am just looking at alternatives)
    - cone airfilter preferably a BLITZ brand cone filter. already have a MAF adapter just need a cone to fit it on.

-Head-gasket, I am losing rad fluid, but cannot find the leak. figuring it needs a change anyway at almost 140,000 kms.

Now....plans for the winter, right now just price quotes are preferred:
(can either post here or PM me, no real rush right now as she's no parked yet)
    - Found this control arm kit from a UK shop called Driftworks.uk. Wondering if I can find a similar kit in Canada for a resonable price(i understand that its in British Pounds) the kit= http://www.driftworks.com/catalog/pr...djustable-arms

-D2 Drift spec coilovers, front and rear at a reasonable price (again I know it is in British pounds, roughly $1100.00 CDN last time I checked)
    http://www.driftworks.com/catalog/pr...sion-coilovers

-Possibly tie rod ends and boots

-FMIC no brand preference, although I do not like the "under the intercooler piping" design, such as the BLITZ intercooler.

-Quick realease hub, hub lock, and a decent wheel would be greatly appreciated.

    - aftermarket Turbo collector, and downpipe to fit stock turbo for now(already have a de-cat and would prefer to keep it that way if at all possible. Prefer new, or used low kms, in good condition)

-Exhaust manifold to fit stock turbo for now.

-cam gears(preferably HKS, I like purple OK!), timing belt, and tensioner and idler pulley(have a BAD feeling that's on its way out as well, 139,400km on the speedo, and hasnt been changed since 110,000kms. might need that this winter.)

-Now the big ticket item, the hard to find. Work Meister S1 2Piece wheels. Debating between 17X8s or 18X9s both with stretched tires, just wondering about clearance on a GTSt with 18x9s. with black finish and chrome lip if possible

-the hard to ship item and expensive item>Z-tune style CF hood. I know the picture sucks, but only decent shot I could find. D-max D1 Spec. Hood Pictured.

Edit:I found out that this hood is actually from a company called D-MAX in Japan. Anyone here deal with them? as they carry all the suspension parts I want except the D2 coilovers...>>>>>> http://www.dmax-cs.com/ <<<

Little things that If I can get a good deal on and I like will most likely be all over.
    -short shifter
-Shift knob(greddy counterweight would be sweet to match it)
-BLITZ BLM meters or gauges and a triple gauge A-Pillar pod(size doesn't matter as lon as I can get boost, oil temp or press. , and maybe EGT gauge)
    - radiator hoses(aftermarket, stainless greddy one looks tempting, but whichever i can get a good price on)
-Possibly oil cooler and oil filter relocator
    -power steering cooler
-catch can (stainless, black or, again purple)
    -reservior tank(s) {rad fluid stainless and have seen a few power-steering stainless but have missed out}
    -Speed limit defenser
-BEE*R rev limiter kit ( or similar fuel cut defense)
-320KM/h gauge( or a full white face gauge set is prefered)
    - Essentially ANYTHING with the brand name BLITZ on it, ask my friends, and I am OBSESSED with their products, wether its a rad or oil cap or a T-shirt with the logo on it, any accessoris Im all for it.
-TAKATA 4 or 5 piece racing harness
-Bride steats ( as long as it's BLACK I'll probably think about it)
    -grounding kit
    -LED tail-lights http://www.justjap.com/parts/new/lig...dtlightr32.jpg
    -fuel filler cap
    -NISMO floor mats
well my list could go on for ever. But i'll end it there today(and I also figured that the GF or mother might need a good list with christmas coming up)

    thanks alot for your time
    Best regards~

LOL, I hope so. Kind of going with a sleeper(ish) look, but more of a car that will handle like mad, with moderate power upgrades. I had been debating for a long time what to do to the engine. Then i got it on a hoist and noticed that quite a few busings and suspension bits were on the way out. So I figured I'd up the handling a fair bit, then worry about power, seeing as it's already got alot already.

Were you one of those skylines that was at DSport RD2? If so, good to see some other skyline guys beating on their cars....i heard you guys were thinking of doing some sask. events next year?

If that's not you...then good luck with the project and disregard above writing.

Nope not me( I know u said dis-reagard it but still, gotta comment) Although I tried ALL YEAR to get to a D-Sport event and never could, but did see alot of the drifting event at the edmonton grand prix, just wish I could've talked to a few of the drivers that were there, and gotten pictures of the cars that were there.

I don't baby my car like I should but she's no show queen either, drive it every day, and not getting parked until the snows too deep to move it in town. I was just hoping to get at least one sponsor contact me. I understand its only been a day, but I REALLY need a power steering pump and airfilter.

    best regards~

If your interested in wheel fitment I can send you some pics of my S1's on my GTS-T. There 17's and theres quite a bit of room left. I think the 18 would fit fine.

Well here's a few pictures of it as she sits right now.

also note, I don't want to hear anyone complaining the next little while about it being a pain to work in a heated shop with a cement floor, youl notice why in the pics

trunk lid off, sanding it down and gettin a friend to weld in the holes and prep for paint

front bumper off for more space and can get closer to the car, was anticipating an FMIC some time, but looks as though It may not happen for a while.

Engine bay, w/o coilpacks, coil-cover, or filter (still need a decent filter)

    HICAS REMOVED!!

APEXi N1 evo custom catback exhaust, 4" w/ 3.5" tip, funny that the tip is smaller than the exhaust :?

and the best mod of all!

    SHOP HEATER! lol

    ~best regards

funny story about that, when I had originally posted it in GTS tech asking if I was going in the right direction, on Oct 29th, it was moved to projects, AND i had Daryl and Adam contact me, and after a car being broken into end of november, payin for x-mas gifts in December, my snowboard being stolen on new years day, and shelling out 2 grand to get my wisdom teeth pulled on thursday (I'm one fo the younger guys here, don't turn 18 till the end of the month, about 16 days away!) every single paycheck has gone to anything but THE project. well aside from december, starting dating a girl I didn't spend more than $50 on her for x-mas, she gave me a PS3, which after we split new years eve, went snowboarding with my friend Jen, who was waiting with me all day after my snowboard was stolen new years day. I then sold the PS3 to pay for insurance on my snowboard, and I'm still waiting to get a decent paycheck and a payout from insurance to get a new 'board, and the season is nearly over where I am. I got lucky though, I have a friend at a local snowboard shop who hooked me up with a 2008 K2 WWW, a FULL year before most people will see it. Just need insurance to Ok it.

so as all this other B.S goes on, I haven't touched the car since November until 2 weeks ago when it was -20 outside and I decided to pull my HICAS system, and all I had was the propane heater, it was easy, just need mechanix gloves and a warm hoody. The cash I had all save up for Meisters, tires, brakes, CF hood, coilovers, stiffening the chassis, went out the drain, before I had even saved for it. and yet, this thread still sits in GTS projects even though its an organized list of a parts order.

things like this make me hope a kharmaic action may be soon upon me, or just some better luck!
