Hi. Is there ANYONE who can help me with my problem? Its frustrating me beyond belief. My E-Manage blue is hooked up and running along with the ECU. But I am running stupid rich.......there is constant sputtering and backfiring throughout the rev range. I cannot go past 5500 rpm without terrible shaking, and even to get to 5500 rpm costs me oodles of gas. I am trying to hook up my PC to the E-Manage by using the TRUST cable and the Support tool. The software comes online and shows that the main unit is online too, but when I try to import ANY data from the main unit into the support tool the computer says "Communication Error. Check connection".
How is it possible, that the system can read the main unit's map display (showing revs and air flow meter voltage in real time), but when it tries to import data from the main unit, it says that there is a connection problem. Is there ANYONE out here who knows about this or has dealt with this situation? I think it may have to do with the communication settings in the computer, but I am not sure. The cable is fine and so is the software AND the main unit. But this lack of communication is killing the relationship between the main unit and the support tool. No relationship can survive without proper communication. So, I need help here. It will be a good deed to help the two parties begin to communicate freely.
And secondly, I need the RB20DET TPS ASAP. If anyone has it, please let me know.
