it fits directly. However you need to get rid of your HICAS lines, and even better get a non-HICAS steering pump.
Difficulty wise, it's as much as lifting the rear of your car off, then disassembling suspension parts. Read the service manual for PROPER TORQUE SPECS!
do I need to change all the suspensions arms or ill keep the same
As far as I know you can fit GTR subframe with arms, etc to GTS-T, 240sx, etc, so the rear subframes are interchangeable.
The bottom of rear shocks, diffhead to driveshaft bolt pattern, diffhead cover to subframe mount holes are usually the only differences you have to worry about. For example GTR shocks are U on bottom of rear shocks and GTS-T has O on bottom of rear shocks.
If you have to use R32 GTS-T diffhead and bolt patterns are different on subframe, can take the backing plate (cover) off back of 240sx diffhead and attach to GTS-T diffhead (might need new gasket from Nissan).
If you want non HICAS, use a non HICAS GTS subframe and non HICAS GTS powersteering pump or I think R33 powersteering pump is another option.
Hope that helps.
