    Ceramic turbo explosion....!!! Pic!!!



    There you go, here is a exhaust wheel that I found in the exhaust(12" from the muffler tip), it came off at 6200RPM @ ~ 12 psi of boost on a RB25DET in a 240SX 93 while tuning it, we knew that the turbo had shaft play...but never tought it would explode like that :roll:

    It was loud went it exploded :shock:

    Haha, i did the exact same thing to my rb25 turbo, around red line at like 12 psi at a drift practice and all of a sudden massive loss of power. I wasnt running a cat though so the exhaust wheel was never recovered. My friend has a neo6 rb25 turbo for sale though, lmk if your interested.

    It's turbine side, so the engine is probably fine. Unless it blew the compressor side as well and sent oil through the entire system (which takes some work if your running a FMIC - don't ask)
