550cc Deatschwerks injectors (flow tested, etc with report) -

    http://www.deatschwerks.com/catalog/...roducts_id=114

Nistune for stock ECU, Z32 AFM + Z32AFM plug with bit of wiring off it (nicknamed pigtail and will need to be wired in), Walbro 255lph fuelpump or Nismo 255lph fuelpump if you can afford it.

If you do use stock GTR injectors, your still going to have to get them flow tested, etc and not guaranteed that they are all going to not leak and cost you more $$$. Unless they are very low km stock GTR injectors. Also you need to hack up stock injector loom and add ballast resistor pack, as stock GTR injectors are low impedance and stock ECU injector driver is high impedance. Cheaper to get the Deatschwerks injectors that drop in and buy new stock injector O rings.

Then boost controller (HDI is cheap, HKS, Blitz are more expensive), Clutch (Excedy Sports Tuff clutch???, etc) to handle the extra hp, FMIC (recommend tube N fin HDI FMIC).

Also full 3" exhaust, Apexi podfilter, BOV (recommend Synapse or similar BOV). On the cheap, mod stock BOV by blocking small hole next to main valve on bottom of BOV.

Basic boost up mods for stock turbo to produce around 330hp at engine with roughly around 14.5psi.

Can add Tomei 1.2mm thick 80.5mm bore headgasket, Nissan repair gasket kit, ARP head studs to make engine more reliable.

Leave it as is until you have more funds..

    These things come in segments..

    1. Exhaust+intake
    2. Turbo (rb25 only, as most others will need a tune)
    3. Injectors+Maf+fuel pump+tune

Get nistune for simplicity, but shop around as you may find no one in your area tunes nistune.. So just be keen on that before diving in. Nistune is the most affordable and imo, the best option for our cars.

So if you're low on funds, just buy things slowly, but when it comes time to install, general rule of thumb is the above go together - injectors need fuel pump, need maf for higher hp numbers, NEED tune.. Otherwise you're just wasting funds on retunes everytime you add something to the equation..

EBC is a good idea as well, and everything Skym said for reliability.. Not worth cutting corners.

If can't afford the above and are on a tight budget.

1.) Cheapest is Nistune + tune cost (dyno rental cost + tuners labour), 255lph fuelpump. Should produce around 290-300hp at engine with 12-12.4psi (with podfilter).

2.) Or if you can afford it, Nistune + tune cost (dyno rental cost + tuners labour), 255lph fuelpump, Z32AFM + Z32 plug / tail, tube N fin FMIC. Should produce around 310-320hp at engine with 13-13.5psi.

You have to think, do you want to collect parts and tune it in one go. Or do a tune now (option 1) and then another tune later on (cost's more) when you collect all the parts you need (post above with injectors, etc).

Also I forgot engine oilcooler, as oiltemps can rise and RB20DET doesn't have a stock coolant to oil engine oilcooler like RB25DET, RB26DETT do.

With injectors it's always better to buy new injectors.

With 550cc injectors you need the 255lph fuelpump, new stock O rings for injectors. Don't use the O rings that are shipped with injectors.

Never bolted a stock RB25DET coolant to oil engine oilcooler onto RB20DET. But assume it can be done with some rerouting of coolant hoses under intake manifold. But it's better to run a air to oil engine oilcooler than use the stock one.

    Z32 MAF, Nistune, 255 fuelpump, 550cc injectors.
