    Noob question

Im going to install my coilovers later, but if the adjustment thing is all the way at the bottom of the coilover, does that mean its maxed out to the highest setting right now? and I have to bring it upwards to lower the car?

The opposite, as you spin the adjustment ring up, the ride height will go up. Your springs are what you rest on and the lower the ring is the lower they can sit.

edit: Should mention that's with non compressed springs, think with compressed springs the higher the ring goes the lower the car goes.
