What are these plugs for?!?

they are right next to the fuse box. cant find where they plug in for the life of me..

also car isnt starting so this might be the issue.
its a gts. possibly something for the gtr if they use the same harness??
i have aftermarket FPR are they plugs for stock FPR??

To tell you the truth this looks like it's for hicas and that's both of them. One goes into the actual motor and one goes into the line.

One plugs in by the 2 HICAS lines (small one) bigger one I believe plugs in further down just in front of the oil filter... (?) bigger ones a little hidden, looks like it's close to front steering rack on mine I couldn't get a really good look at it...

thanks for the replys. at least i can rule these out then for it not starting.
tried to start it again today with no luck.. put 12v to pump and it spins so thats fine. is there a way to test the CAS?

after reading up i think its probably the CAS might have rusted up inside while sitting on the shelf for months. gonna unmount it today to turn and listen for click. if no clicking from injectors or spark then i found it.
if not, where would i go from there?
