    I screwed something up...

Took my battery out to change my HID's and by accidentally put the positive terminal on the negative and vice versa, i never started the car i heard and saw an an unusual amount of sparks and figured it was the other way around.
Now... when i turn my car on..the cluster doesnt start right away until i rev my engine or start moving forward, however my radio doesnt turn on an at all!!!

Is there anything I can do here?

Makes me feel a bit less of an idiot. I'm going to change the Main fuse in the relay tomorrow to see if that works... only thing that makes me doubt that's it... is that everything turns on if I rev it high enough. Which would lead me to believe maybe it's the alternator?

EDIT: Fixed my problem by changing the main relay fuse and a micro fuse in my radio unit!

    Phew.
