    Tune up Guide RB20DET GTS-T

Ok all the info are listed on the site, but everywhere and in diffrent section
Just to make sure and a one reference post instead of 20
Here my list. Corect me if I,m wrong.

So Tune up for GTS RB20DET

Sparks plugs; NGK BCPR6 -11 For stock boost
    NGK BCPR6- 8 For 12 lbs boost

Oil Filter: 240SX K serie engine
EDIT the 300zx fuel filter wont fit, it doesnt have a proper elbow and the fuel line will bend and pinch itself.

    Oil: 4.6L Capacity.
Commun use 10W30 Synthetic Red Line
But everyone as is personnal favorite for oil.

    Fuel Filter: 92-95 Altima - Nissan J30
Z32 300ZX TT Look to fit too(with a longer fuel line)

    Manuel Tranny: 2.7 Liter capacity
    80W90 or 75W90

    Front Rotor: 90-94 Z32 300ZX TT

    Rear Rotor: 90-94 Z32 300ZX TT

Brake Pads Front: Z32 300ZX TT

Brake pads Rear: Z32 300ZX TT

Bleed the brake oil: Dot 3 or 4
For hardcore, solo racing and swap for bigger brake use DOT5.1 or Motul RBF600
    DO NOT USE DOT 5

Good thing to do while under the hood:
    1- Clean MAF

2- Inspect the coil RED DUST

    3- Chek for oil leak

if you have dot 3-4 do not mix with dot 5

also dot 5 is silicone base which may attack rubbers

I don't have any info on the skyline though if it's good or not ops:

yea brake fluid should be 5.1....5 is silicone (non-hydroscopic) and will wreck the seals + cause rust inside brake components.

the 300zx fuel filter wont fit, it doesnt have a proper elbow and the fuel line will bend and pinch itself.

I ended up getting a fuel filter for a 1996 honda civic and just put fittings on it, the bracket to hold the canister on the inner fender can be found at a local junk yard and its a STR (well now called BDL) but it has a replaceable cartrage with will deem itself worthy in the future. I decided to go full braided stainless steel fuel lines, but even just having the fittings on it would work as well. I will post up pics when I have everything setup.

    NISSAN SKYLINE 1989.5 - 1991.8 2000 TURBO RB20DET

Looking at the specs on that webpage, no noticeable diff in specs other than the one step down for the heatrange.

I found this info after I took apart the coil cover ect, to check out what plugs were in mine. 1990 May Build GTS-T Type M, and it has PFR6A -11 .

    Cheers.

i used the 300zx fuel filter and left 1 bolt out of the bracket so the fuel filter sits at a 45 degree angle instead of straight up and down.
