    Clutch...stopped working

So I'm at a redlight and I go to put my car in first, except it wont go into gear, and I realize my pedal is on the ground and it wont come up. No pressure at all in the pedal.

Guessing its the Master or Slave cyl? If I am right, I can use S13 240sx ones correct???

Its amazing how this is happening to everyone all at once. Exact same happened to me two-three weeks ago, except I was blocking lots of traffic, and let's say it wasn't a good day.

But yes, two things to replace: master cylinder and throw out bearing.
    Because race car.

    Why throwout bearing?

It's probably your clutch master be could be the slave. Do you have fluid leaking down the pedal or signs of leakage by the master? If so, start there, if not check the slave on the side of the transmission.

My Throw-Out bearing was making sounds when I bought the car, would that finally going cause the pedal to do this. I still have plenty of fluid in the resivoir, and theres no fluid on the floor and no leakage by the master.

    Guessing its the slave?

Slave or throw out is stuck on the input shaft. Pull the rubber boot back on the slave and if you see brake fluid, it's toast. Not sure about the GTS's, but the 240 slave will not fit my GTS-4 at all. It is a totally different cylinder made for a LHD, so the bleeder is on the bottom which means it will never bleed.

The Part number for the GTST and the GT4 are completely different.

That being said, does the 240 one fit an R32 GTST. And I know the master is slightly different, but if you get a new hardline along with the Master, it works.

nissan pathfinder for the master apparently. not sure which year. 240sx or 300zx should work for the slave.

91 Pathfinder for brake master. But watch out its expensive, locally it's $200.
