Coil packs

So what is a preferred brand of coil packs for a rb25det? My R33 just started to have some popping and hesitation at 5000-6000 rpm range.

I know lots of guys with big hp/trq numbers go with Splitfire.

NGK 1.1mm spaced rings a bell.

I wonder what 300ZX OEM ones are good for...

yellow jackets are fine. just got a set and they work just as well as the splits i had in the day before.

edit: oh yeah and they're about $415 shipped to your door (lower mainland) within 5-7 days

Do you know what the gap spec for the YJ's are?

the plugs are BCPR6EIX gapped 1.1mm if your running stock boost. Spark starts to effect boost around 12psi. Anything more you want to gap them .8mm should go a heat range colder also.

if you get the bcpr6eix they are pregapped to .8mm. As far as I remember, NGK plugs with -11 on the end are gapped to 1.1mm and a plugs with the same product id number or w/e except it doesn't have the -11 it will be gapped to .8mm
