Looking for new rims for next year

    Hey guys,

So as of now I'm hoping for mid to high 400's as far as horsepower numbers go when my build is complete.

I need recommendations on a good set of rims wide enough to support these numbers on a daily driver and an occasional track car. I've heard some people running 18x10.5 on their GTS-T's with pulled fenders...I'd like something along those lines... I would like to get 17's or 18's and would like a nice staggered set up with good offset.

Also, if anyone can recommend good street/track tires I'd apprecaite it!

I run Bridgestone Potenza RE-11's on my FD and loved them. I plan on putting them on my R33 in spring as well. One of the better tires I have used.

I have some wheels/tires for sale, wheels are 17x9, unsure of the offset i'd have to double check. Not sure what they're worth, saw them on one site for 2300 USD brand new (neweraparts or something) but on another site for around 200 each, would have to find out what the difference is. Buddyclub p1 racing, real nice and light with slight curb marks and one indentation (i think from the guys that took my tires off ... but the damage kinda blends in with the color!)

There's an album with them on my photobucket at the right side of this link - they were a little dirty there but you can get a good idea

I'm running 18X9.5 +20 with 255/35/18 Dunlop Star Specs. Virtually no effect on speedo, no rubbing and the mileage has been extremely good with an aggressive but still within spec alignment.
As for grip? I track the car and an instructor/friend of mine that drives a 2009 M3 on R Comps says he's never felt a car with so much grip. I've set FTD at our local time attacks and street drive these tires and will probably get another couple of months into next season with them making over 2 seasons.
If I had the money I'd go 17X9 for track use and my 18s for the street.
Big thanks to my sponsor www.focusedmotorsports.com
