    R32 low beam issue

Have a real annoying problem with my passenger side low beam. The bulb is brand new, have a full 12 volts running to the socket but the light will not come on. Hi beam is fine and I have tried three brand new bulbs and no go. Driver side is ok. Any ideas? I'm completely stumped on this one. Even with a bulb plugged in I have 12 volts hitting the pins on the bulb but it won't work. It is the shitty H1 type.

the female pins where the bulb plugs in are bent to far apart. try prying them a bit closer together for a tighter fit

Tried that, and still no go. There is 12 volts hitting the bulb itself, that's whats got me confused. Three different brand new bulbs as well, it doesn't make sense.

There is an adapter/ socket that the bulb plugs into, power flows thru that and if I back probe the bulb itself it has a full 12 volts as well. It seems like the bulb is bad, but 3 all at the same time from different stores?

This little adapter socket is what I thought was the issue, tested with bulb installed and it works fine. All my bulbs are good as I tested them by hooking directly to the battery. Looks like I have an electrical issue to trace down now, grrrrrr.

Found the problem, it wound up being a shitty ground on the connector side of the plug.
